Logging In to PakSupar — What to Expect
PakSupar's login process is designed to be fast and secure. Here is a straight explanation of how it works, what each option does and what to do if something goes wrong.
There are two ways to log in to your PakSupar account. The first is the standard email and password method — enter the email address you registered with, type your password and click sign in. This is the quickest route if you are on your own device with your password saved.
The second option is mobile OTP login. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number — without the leading zero — and PakSupar sends a six-digit one-time code via SMS. Enter the digits in the boxes and you are in. The code expires after five minutes. OTP login is ideal when you are on a shared device or you have not saved your password, because it does not require remembering anything.
The "Keep me signed in" checkbox on the email login form is worth understanding. When it is ticked, PakSupar stores a secure session token on your device so you stay logged in between visits. Tick it on your personal phone; untick it on a shared or public device. Your session is encrypted regardless of whether this box is checked.
If you have forgotten your password, tap "Forgot password?" above the password field. Enter your registered email address and PakSupar sends a reset link within a minute or two. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check spam — Pakistani email providers occasionally route automated messages there.
PakSupar will never ask for your password via SMS, email or live chat. If you receive any message asking you to share your login credentials, do not respond — report it immediately to support@paksupar.app.
