PakSupar Terms and Conditions – Rules, Eligibility & Fair Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and PakSupar ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with PakSupar, including account registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, bonuses and any communication between you and the platform.

By completing the registration process and creating a PakSupar account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the PakSupar platform in any way.

PakSupar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of your PakSupar account after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically, particularly before making large deposits or withdrawing winnings.

To register and maintain a PakSupar account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PakSupar enforces this requirement strictly and may request age verification documents at any point.
• You must be accessing and using PakSupar as an individual player for personal entertainment — not as an agent acting on behalf of another person.
• You must not already hold another active or inactive PakSupar account. One account per person is the absolute limit.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current information when registering. PakSupar will rely on the information you provide for payment processing and identity verification.
• Your PakSupar account is for personal use only. Allowing other people to access your account, or using someone else's account, is prohibited.

PakSupar reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), a recent utility bill or bank statement, or a selfie photograph for comparison. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

PakSupar may decline any registration application or close an existing account without providing a reason, particularly where there are grounds to suspect that eligibility requirements are not being met.

PakSupar processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on PakSupar is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. PakSupar does not charge any processing fee on deposits. If your deposit does not appear in your balance within ten minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, as a security measure. Mobile wallet withdrawals (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically completed within 2–5 minutes. Bank transfers via IBFT are processed within 1–3 business hours. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Withdrawal Conditions: A minimum of one completed deposit is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Where a bonus has been claimed, the associated wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. PakSupar may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000.

PakSupar offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and other specific conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. The following general rules apply to all PakSupar bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be wagered a specified number of times before becoming withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Minimum odds requirements apply when wagering bonus funds on sports betting markets. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Some games may contribute less than 100% towards wagering requirements. For example, live casino table games may contribute 10%, while slots may contribute the full 100%. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus before satisfying the requirements of an existing bonus is not permitted.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the offer — typically between 7 and 30 days.
• PakSupar reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses already credited to accounts at the time of cancellation will remain subject to the original terms.

Attempting to exploit bonus offers through any form of matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic staking designed to circumvent wagering requirements is treated as a violation of these Terms. PakSupar may void bonus winnings and close accounts where such activity is identified.

PakSupar is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent ban from the platform:

• Cheating: Using any method, tool or technique to gain an unfair advantage over the game system or other players, including but not limited to card counting in live blackjack using automated assistance, exploiting software bugs, or any other manipulation of game outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a poker hand, table game or betting market to the detriment of other players or the platform.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools or any automated software to place bets or make decisions on your behalf.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one PakSupar account to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Money Laundering: Using PakSupar to process funds derived from illegal activities. PakSupar cooperates with relevant authorities in cases where financial crime is suspected.
• Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity or payment information.

Where a game round results in a win due to a technical error, display glitch or system malfunction, PakSupar reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.

Your PakSupar account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. The following security obligations apply to all PakSupar account holders:

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your PakSupar account and not use the same password for any other service.
• You must not share your login details — including your username, password or any OTP — with any other person under any circumstances.
• If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify PakSupar support immediately at support@paksupar.app. PakSupar will suspend the account pending investigation.
• PakSupar is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

PakSupar recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication features within your account settings. Keeping your contact email address and mobile number current and accurate is also important, as these are used for account recovery and security notifications.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on PakSupar, including PSL cricket betting and any other sporting markets offered on the platform.

Match Abandonment: If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs or periods required to produce a valid result, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned to players' accounts. For PSL T20 matches, a minimum of five completed overs per innings is required for a result to be valid.

Postponements: Bets placed on a match that is postponed remain valid for up to 48 hours from the originally scheduled start time. If the match does not commence within this window, bets are voided and stakes returned.

Odds Changes: Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at which it was placed are locked in. Subsequent changes to displayed odds do not affect accepted bets.

In-Play Betting: Live bets are placed in real time and are subject to the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. PakSupar reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time, including during periods of technical difficulty or unusual betting patterns.

Obvious Errors: If an obvious pricing error — for example, a team with 1/100 odds being displayed as 10.0 — is accepted by the system, PakSupar reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets.

Accumulators: For accumulator bets, if one or more selections are voided, the remaining legs form a reduced accumulator and are settled normally. If a void selection was part of a system bet, the reduced combination remains active at the revised odds.

PakSupar takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for entertainment, and we actively want all players to maintain healthy control over their gambling activity. PakSupar provides the following responsible gaming tools in every player account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your PakSupar account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased until the current limit period has expired.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period. Once reached, further bets requiring funds from your real-money balance are suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to appear after you have been playing for a chosen duration, reminding you how long you have been active.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from PakSupar for between 24 hours and six weeks. During a cooling-off period your account remains open but you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your access to PakSupar for a period of between six months and five years. During self-exclusion you will not receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

All content on the PakSupar platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, animations and the overall platform design — is the intellectual property of PakSupar or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any PakSupar content without prior written permission.

The PakSupar name and logo are protected brand assets. You may not use them in any context — including social media, promotional material or other online platforms — without explicit written authorisation from PakSupar. Unauthorised use will be treated as a violation of these Terms and addressed accordingly.

Game content provided to PakSupar by third-party software providers remains the intellectual property of those providers. Use of such content is licensed to PakSupar for the purpose of offering games to players and does not transfer any ownership rights to players.

PakSupar collects and processes personal data in order to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, comply with legal obligations and improve the platform. The types of data collected include your name, contact details, payment information and betting history.

PakSupar will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification partners and regulatory bodies where legally required. All data is handled in accordance with PakSupar's Privacy Policy, which can be read in full on the Privacy Policy page.

By registering a PakSupar account you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described above and in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request a copy of the data PakSupar holds about you, or to request its deletion subject to legal retention obligations, by contacting support at support@paksupar.app.

PakSupar provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and securely, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for losses arising from:

• Temporary downtime, maintenance or technical failures affecting the platform or any game.
• Delays or errors in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a player's own internet connection issues during live betting or live casino play.
• Decisions made by a player based on incorrect interpretation of odds, game rules or bonus terms.

In all cases, PakSupar's maximum liability to any individual player arising from any single incident is limited to the amount of that player's confirmed deposit balance at the time the incident occurred. PakSupar is not liable for any loss of profits, indirect losses or consequential damages of any kind.

Closure by Player: You may close your PakSupar account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred payment method within five business days of the closure request.

Closure by PakSupar: PakSupar may close or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or other financial crime.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with bonus activity or winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Deposits made in clear good faith may be returned at PakSupar's discretion following investigation.

PakSupar is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint about any aspect of your PakSupar account, a game result, a withdrawal or a bonus settlement, the following process applies:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Raise the issue via live chat or email (support@paksupar.app) with as much detail as possible, including your account username, the date and time of the issue, and any relevant transaction or round IDs. Most issues are resolved at this stage within 24 hours.
• Step 2 – Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, submit a formal written complaint to support@paksupar.app with the subject line "Formal Complaint". PakSupar will provide a full written response within five business days.
• Step 3 – Escalation: If the matter remains unresolved after Step 2, PakSupar will work with the player to identify a mutually acceptable resolution process, which may include review by an independent mediator.

PakSupar's decisions regarding the settlement of bets and the application of these Terms are final where they are consistent with the documented rules applicable to the relevant game or market at the time the bet was placed.

PakSupar may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to active players via the email address registered to their account at least seven days before major changes take effect, where practically possible. For minor clarifications or corrections that do not materially alter players' rights, PakSupar may update these Terms without advance notice.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page, accessible from the footer of every PakSupar page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Continuing to use your PakSupar account after any amendments take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
